Foolish Sea is the blend of all things associated with Fran’s unique and captivating style. Her pure toned voice and entrancing, soaring melodies lure you in from the very beginning into a quirky tale of unrequited love. George Birkett’s sublime guitar playing and finger picking precision, underpins the song holding its own poetic voice alongside Fran’s spell binding lyrics. The track has been layered with percussion, cello (Rachel Brown) and harmonies that all add to a very jaunty yet pensive and heart felt exploration of the nature of love.
